Brazilian Customer Visits Baufar Forklift Lithium Battery Factory

During the visit, the guests focused on Baufar’s expertise in forklift lithium battery technology.

Founded in 2012, Baufar is a manufacturer of high-performance Baufar forklift lithium battery systems with an annual capacity of 6 GWh and a 60-member R&D team. Its LiFePO₄ forklift batteries meet GB/T 31485 (2015), UN 38.3, MSDS, and CE standards. These batteries fit more than 95% of forklift models and support conversions from lead-acid to lithium systems. Each pack delivers over 3,500 charge–discharge cycles and carries a five-year or 10,000-hour warranty, meeting the performance needs of logistics fleets.

The delegation toured the factory, observing every step from cell testing to module assembly. They praised the team’s professionalism throughout the visit, often giving thumbs-up gestures and commenting, “Professional!”

This visit laid the groundwork for future cooperation and once again highlighted Baufar’s strength as an approved supplier for Heli, TCM, and Jungheinrich—a trusted partner for global logistics component providers.
